What started almost by accident—a mom searching for a place where she could work out with her children by her side because there was no childcare available and no village to lean on—has grown into something so much bigger than fitness.
It has become a village.
Located in Spruce Grove, Alberta, The Strong Mom Society is more than a gym. We're a community designed by moms, for moms, where women are supported through every stage of motherhood and beyond. We believe that taking care of yourself shouldn't mean choosing between your family and your health. That's why we've created a space where you can do both.
Our studio offers fitness classes for moms and youth, inclusive on-site childcare, wellness practitioners, a cozy members' lounge with complimentary coffee, snacks, and drinks, and a retail boutique featuring beautiful handmade products from local businesses. But what truly makes The Strong Mom Society special isn't what's inside our walls—it's the people who fill them.
Every woman who walks through our doors is welcomed as more than just another membership. Here, you're a person. A mother. A friend. A sister. Someone who deserves to be seen, supported, and celebrated.
Guest experience is at the heart of everything we do. From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel cared for. We want you to put down the diaper bag, take a deep breath, and know that we've got the rest covered. While your little ones are cared for in our safe, inclusive childcare space, you can move your body, connect with other women, grab a coffee, meet with one of our wellness professionals, or simply enjoy a moment that's just for you.
Motherhood can be beautiful, but it can also be isolating. We know that because we've lived it too. Our mission is to make sure no mom has to do it alone. By providing childcare, welcoming programming, and a supportive community, we're helping more women leave the house, build meaningful friendships, prioritize their health, and rediscover themselves.
At The Strong Mom Society, we're not just building stronger bodies—we're building stronger women, stronger families, and stronger communities.
Because every mom deserves a village.
