Cancellation Policy
We're moms, we totally understand things happen last minute and that's why we allow cancellations/rescheduling right up until the start of your class. You can log onto to your account and cancel your class to keep your session credit for that missed class. Not cancelling your booking will result in a no-show, which unfortunately will cause you to lose your booking. As a courtesy to the instructor, other participants as well as people on the waitlist, a booking must be cancelled prior to the class in order to keep your session credit. If there are extenuating circumstances, please feel free to contact us at accounts@sprucefitmoms.com to discuss your specific situation if a cancellation was not possible. These situations will be handled on a case by case basis. Free trials also are also subject to the cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule your free trial, you are absolutely welcome to do so prior to the start of your trial class. However, a no show will result in the loss of your trial class. Our goal is to always be flexible and understanding! Please ensure you are letting us know when you're unable to attend.
