Classes

Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for moms who are looking to move their bodies.

Our classes are very much a “choose your own adventure” situation. Our instructors lead the classes and show modifications for every exercise to accommodate beginners and low impact all the way to mamas that have been working out all their lives and need something way more intense. We are meeting each mama where they’re at and supporting you every step of the way. Sometimes that means holding your babe or reading your toddler a story while you complete a circuit or taking the time to show you a modification to ensure your safety. At Spruce Fit Moms, all of our circuits focus on strength training and cardio to help you build that lean muscle as well as keep your cardiovascular health on point. You will always get a well rounded workout in our classes!
