Cancellation Policy

As of February 1, 2026 Spruce Fit Moms has implemented a cancellation and no show fee to our booking policy. For All Members: Any cancellation within 3 hours of the start of your booked class will result in a $7 cancellation fee. Failure to cancel your class at any point will result in a $10 no show fee. Fees are applicable to both Class Pass Holders and Limitless Mama Members. Class Pass Holders: If you are a pass holder, cancelling the class prior to the beginning of the session will allow you to retain the pass used to book this class. If marked as a "no-show" during attendance, you will lose your pass used to book your class as well as receive a "no show fee". Membership Holders: Fees will apply, however Membership will not be affected. Fees will be automatically billed to your card on file. We understand that situations arise where cancelling within the window or in extenuating situations, cancelling at all may not be possible. If this is the case, please reach out to one of our team members at accounts@sprucefitmoms.com to discuss your situation. Although we want to remain as flexible as possible, we also want to ensure that all of our members have the opportunity to book classes and our trainers have the ability to plan classes accordingly to ensure our classes run smoothly and efficiently. Free trials also are also subject to the cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule your free trial, you are absolutely welcome to do so prior to the start of your trial class. However, a no show will result in the loss of your trial class. We appreciate your understanding.
